There is 50mbps WIFI, a mini refrigerator, safety deposit box, microwave on request, and solar powered hot and cold shower, and liquid bath soap and towels. Low density accommodation which is truly value for your money.

VIBRANT POBLACION! Almost everything you may need is in walking distance as the unit is centrally located - Walk to nearby banks, malls, grocery, restaurants, coffeeshops, laundry etc. Guests love staying here because everything is within reach. If you prefer to be in the center of it all, this is a great place to stay in. But please bear in mind that the area tends to be very busy during rush hours and during the weekends.

PARKING: No parking available in the building for a vehicle. There is a small pay parking nearby called Pepco Pay parking (10min walk) but with limited slots, so please manage your expectations.

TRANSPORTATION: One can easily flag down taxi cabs from either Kalayaan Avenue or Makati avenue. There are also public jeepneys which traverse Makati Avenue to bring you to the bigger malls like SM, Greenbelt and Glorietta.

WIFI/INTERNET SPEED: Provider is Sky Broadband, 50MBPS

CLEANING SERVICE: Housekeeping is provided once a week. However, if stay is for more than 7nights, cleaning will be at additional charge of PHP300/week for succeeding weeks. You can pay for this when you check-in.

EXTRA PERSON/EXTRA BED: we can accommodate extra pax with fee, but extra beds will be subject to availability
