Unit has free 5 pax access to Swimming pool at a time. 200/head excess payable to condo admin.
Grilling Area
You can grill foods at the common grilling area near the pool. Bring your own coal and tools.
You can contact us for assistance from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Walkable distance is SM Mall for shops, restaurants, banks, ATMs, grocery, 24-hr gym for workout, government offices like Department of Foreign Affairs for your passports, and the cinemas.
There’s a laundry station, water station and convenience store within condo premises.
For entertainment night life, there are bars and clubs nearby, still a walkable distance.
Request for Parking Slot:
Parking slot inside condo is pre-arranged and must be declared prior to arrival if needed. Additional fee of 350php/night for the parking payable upon arrival via cash, Gcash or fund transfer.
Entry to the Condo:
After booking your dates, please message us the full names of guests so we can pre-register your arrival to condo admin/security. Adult Guests must present valid IDs to the guard upon arrival.
Self-Check in:
Our units are self check in. There’s a key lock box attached to the door for your key access upon your arrival to the unit.
