Welcome to Wanderer's Haven! This modern minimalist 1 bedroom condo unit is 34.69 sqm space, located at the heart of Cebu City where convenience is within your fingertips. The unit comes with a queen size bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate 4 guests. The unit has balcony where you can see the vibrant view of the city.
This is a fully furnished cozy space built just for you with fully equipped appliances such as air conditioner, microwave, Smart TV w/Netflix, washer, water dispenser, hot and cold shower, fridge, rice cooker and induction stove. Guests are provided with bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, toilet papers and slippers to comfort your delicate feet. Washer is provided as well in the bathroom. However, dental hygiene needs are not provided.
Guest can also enjoy the unlimited high-speed internet where you can surf all night long. Aside from that, approximately 3 mins walking distance store are cited like 7/11, Japanese restaurant and One Pavilion Mall where you can do your groceries and cash out (ATM machine).
Apart from that,the building location is accessible to public transportation like jeepneys, taxis and grab car.
Gym, Swimming pool and play area for kids are available within the building.
