Mactan is known for its beautiful beaches and 3 to 5 star high end hotels and resorts which offers day use and sumptuous lunch/ dinner buffet options. For the adventurous soul, Mactan also has a variety of activities like island hopping, banana boat rides, to mention a few.
Mactan to Cebu City is 30 minutes by taxi or Grab Car.
We highly recommend downloading the Grab App (our version of Uber) as this is the best way to get around the area and Cebu City. Taxis and public utility vehicles are also available outside the condominium complex, 2 minutes walking distance.
IMPORTANT NOTES TO REMEMBER
PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS
All guests are required to submit valid IDs (passport for foreign visitors and any government-issued ID for locals). An authorization letter signed by the host or unit owner shall be submitted along with photocopies of the guests’ IDs.
Kindly submit the PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS at least 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival, or as soon as possible for last-minute bookings. These requirements are essential for property security. By sharing your IDs, you confirm your adherence to the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines regarding ID-related information.
Upon successful submission of the pre-arrival requirements, guests will receive a unique digital lock code within 24 hours before the scheduled check-in.
PARKING
NOTE: Please be advised that the common parking space within the building is subject to a nightly charge of 500 pesos. However, a parking space in the basement is available for rent at 250 pesos per night. Kindly inform us in advance about your vehicle, as basement parking is subject to availability.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time begins at 3pm, while check-out time is set for 11am. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to these timings, as our cleaning staff requires sufficient time to prepare for the next arrival.
