Discover an engaging blend of professional service and a wide array of features at House and lot with private pool for rent.Very nice property in Lapulapu,Mactan, surrounded by nice beaches, ,consisting of main house,,annex house and pool house in a 935 sqm landscaped garden and with private pool , coconut trees and many different plants .The pool is in front of the house .The property is situated in a quiet area close to many beaches, but still not too far from the city.Local wet market,Grand Malls within 5-7 minutes fare with tricyckles.There are 18 firm bedspaces, but if more guests, there is a fee of 500 pesos per night per guest and can sleep on matresses.
Very nice property consisting of main house, an annex
house and pool house situated in a 935sqm
lot. Mainhouse has 3 big bedrooms w /split aircons 2,5hp In the living room we have mounted a ceiling A/C of 5 hp to make the guests comfy with the temperature they like (aug.2017) 2
bath/cr and 1 singel cr . Bathrooms have hot/cold
water. In the bathrooms there are installed 2 shower heads so the guests can choose from hot water ,cold water or a mixsture of both. All outside water outlets have a very good
pressure because of water supply from a deep well
connected to a good waterpump. Big livingroom with
a 42 inch LCD screen ,karaoke system,and a theater system. In the annex
house there are 2 bedrooms w/ac , outside seperate shower and
cr, but no hot water .In the lot there is a very nice pool with
coconut trees, palmes and other plants and
flowers. In one corner is the washing area with a
fully automatic washing machine for clothes( only cold water) A big
nipa hut where you can enjoy a nice meal that you
have prepared on the grill 5 meters away.
House is fully equiped with all utensils that you
need. In the kitchen there is a waterdispenser with drinking water. Wireless internet and free local calls (within Cebu)from
landline phone. The property also have installed
cctv with cameras around the lot for your safety.
On the left side of the property there is a
Finnish neighbor and on the right side a Japanese
neighbor. Some of the neighbors keep dogs for safety reasons and they also keep cooks for cook fighting ., so sometimes it can be a little disturbence in the morning.All around the property there is a high wall with wire on top. A caretaker will be there for you to
take care of the pool and locking of the gate at night ,and also do necessary maintanance in the property.
If wanted , we can also provide a maid that will
take care of shopping,making breakfast and dinner
and also take care of cleaning the rooms.
The local market is 5 minutes within walking
distance and the new Gaisano Mall is a 8 minutes
drive away .Just outside the gate you can take a
tricycle to 3 very nice beach resorts where you
can enjoy a good meal if you want that in just a 5
minutes drive.
Guests have access to a beautiful pool and a nice landscaped garden with coconut trees and other nice plants. A very nice grill area is also at the guests disposal and maybe eat a good meal in a native nipa hut 5 meters away.Visiting guests has to leave the property before 11pm unless they are staying for the nigh
