It is literally a 2-minute walk to the famous Kota Sandbar, and a good 5-minute walk to the nearby market, MJSquare, pharmacy, and restaurants.
Our property is gated and tucked in a peaceful neighborhood with outdoor lounge chairs and tables that you can use if you want to have coffee outside, dine and drink. There are only four units on the property so it's not congested. You have enough space for yourselves. If you wish to cook, there's a shared outdoor kitchen that you can use.
The unit is about 22sqm complete with a kitchen counter, and an ensuite toilet and bath with shower heater for convenience. It has a queen-sized bed and a floor mattress that can be setup for additional guests (3rd and 4th guests).
Discover what Bantayan Island has to offer. You can easily walk around the beach area or the town center. Explore the wonderful culture and local food scene just a block or two away from our property.
Relax on the beach or just outside your unit, enjoy the birds from nearby trees and the fresh breeze while enjoying the "provincial feels".
