Our 56sqm. condo has 1-Bedroom ensuite full bathroom, 2 sofa beds, and a powder room. Photos show the chairs which are great for smaller kids. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Conveniently located within a walking distance to Robinson Supermarket, Starbucks, 7/Eleven, McDonald's, Jollibee, Korean and Japanese Restaurants, LUX Entertainment Club, Alfresco Food Court, Shangri-La Resort, and the Mactan Newtown Beach.

- 10 mins. walk (600 m) to Mactan Newtown Beach

We provide bath towels, extra sheets for the home if you are staying longer than 5 days. We also provide toilet paper, and garbage bags in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, microwave, rice cooker, refrigerator and electric kettle. We want our guests to feel at home visiting our condo!

Our guests can use all areas of the unit except the staff room. NOTE: Pool is not available every Monday due to maintenance. Construction ongoing nearby, bit of noise must be expected. Guests will be asked to present valid IDs of all the guests staying in the property for registration.
