The Residential house is located beside Marand Resort but the amenities is not included in the rent. If interested to use the swimming Pool or Gym please inquire in the Reception.

1st Floor

* 1 Small Room-Can be used as storage/Drver or Maids Room- Floor Mattress Provided
( Note mattress 3-4" Thick)
* Balcony with L- Shape seats - Good when having a cup of Tea while having good chat with families or Friends
* Nice and spacious Dirty Kitchen with Washing Machine

2nd Floor
* Bedroom 1 - Masters Bedroom( Double) with Ensuite and Heated Shower with aircon and Own balcony viewing the Resort
* Bedroom 2- Single Bedroom with aircon
* Bedroom 3- Single Bedroom ( Electric Fan provided) and access to a large Balcony where you can enjoy the breeze of air coming from Bauang Sea.
* Toilet and shower

Guest have access to all areas of the house.

I will be available through email but my daughter will be there to welcome the guest.

It is a residential area within a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

My house is just a stone throw away from the main highway with access to all kinds of transportation. The beach is located at the back of Residential Area, will take around 15 minutes walk to go around Bauang Beach.
If interested in Surfing, it will take 2--30 minutes going to San Juan Town by car.

The house is a residential are separate to the Marand Resort and Spa. Pool can be use by paying P100/day and P150. Any changes with the cost please inquire with the Resort.
