Sassy’s Home a Bungalow with Loft is located in Pueblo de Laiya Residences Barangay Laiya Aplaya San Juan Batangas a new place near the beach in the heart of Laiya's Prime Beach & Resorts. We are near the following resorts such as Laiya White Cove, Laiya Adventure Park. Access to beach passing thru Laiya River (free access from my place). Sassy’s Home & it’s complete facilities you will make you feel “Home Sweet Home”. Relax, Cook, Swim, Family Bonding all in my place. A Bungalow House with Loft - 2 Double Size Foam Mattress (at the loft) - 1 Sofa Bed (on the ground floor) - Air-con -Television -Electric Fans -Mini Two Door Refrigerator - Rice Cooker - Electric Kettle -Oven Toaster - Mini Griller -Kitchen Utensils, Frying Pan, Casserole, Plates, Glass, Cups, Spoon, Fork, Knife, Scissor, Chopping Board, Bottle/Can Opener, Tongs - Free Parking Good for 4-6 pax and Additional Php250 per pax in excess of 6 pax. Late Check-out will be charged Php200 pesos per hour (depends upon availability of the unit) Please Read before you book, Important Reminders. PLEASE TAKE NOTE Standard Check-in time is “2:00-5:00 PM Only” (Early Check-in depends upon the availability of the unit with minimum charges of P200/hour & Check-out time is 12pm.
