The place is not a beach front accommodation but just a 5 minute ride or a 10 minute walk to Laiya's White Beach. Please note that beach entrance is not included in our rate. Our caretaker can assist you on resort booking upon arrival. You can cook, grill, chitchat, relax and enjoy nature. A new and fully-furnished home in Laiya, San Juan Batangas. There is an on-going construction in our neighborhood, even so the place is generally peaceful and safe for our guests. If going to Laiya thru public transportation or bus, the most accessible public bus is the ALPS bus liner, they have daily trips from Cubao to San Juan Batangas and vice versa, and from there, ride a jeep or a tricycle going to Laiya. Since Batangas is still under GCQ, for everyone's safety please note the following: 1. It is required to bring Medical Certificate or Brgy Health Certificate and Valid ID. 2.
