Welcome to our cozy place in Baguio City. Nestled in one of the coldest areas in Baguio, our tiny house in Green Valley Subdivision is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a playground for kids, and a clubhouse with activities such as bowling, pingpong, billiards, volleyball, badminton, and tennis (courts) nearby. It’s the perfect place for a family trip getaway with friends.
Constructed as a tiny house, our space gives off warm, cozy home vibes. The living room flows into the kitchen, which is viewable from the second room equipped adjustable frosted blinds, which is across the masters bedroom. Right outside the living room, we have a covered terrace with cushioned seats and a table where guests can do anything from relax, study, play cards, or just hang out withe friends.
Interaction with us will mostly be through phone calls, messages, or emails according to your preferences. We have both Globe/ TM and Smart/ TNT numbers available. Our house manager will be available to greet and welcome guests and show them around, as well as answer any questions about the house amenities.
Green Valley Subdivision is a calm, quiet neighborhood located near a playground, clubhouse, and a sari-sari store where guests can buy some food and snacks.
NOTE:: Because of the recent storms, the tv isn’t functional at the moment.
