The Rest house by RCDC is a private resthouse for rent and is located at Forest Hills Residential Estates and Golf & Country Club, Antipolo City. It features a 4 to 4.5feet Swimming Pool, Four (4) Bedroom Suites, Modern Living, Kitchen, Dining Areas, Billiard Area, Kiddie Play Area, Multi-Purpose Deck, Luscious Landscaping, Patio and Lanai. It will is secured by a closed circuit television (CCTV)

Bedroom A: 1 Queen Sized Bed + 1 Double Sized Floor Mattress (For more than 12 Guests) One (3/4) Hp Window Type Air conditioner.
Bedroom B: 2 Double Sized Beds and One (1) Electric Fan**

Guests can exclusively access the whole house.
I can personally welcome guests as long as im available. We also have a custodians, Kuya Merwin and Kuya Paul that can guide you throughout your stay.

Jeepneys and Tricycles are not allowed to enter our village.
Please note that:
*Guests must climb stairs (Not PWD & Senior Citizen Friendly)
*Tricycles are not allowed to enter the village
*Extra Container of 5 Gallons of Water is charged at P100
*Please bring your own towels, extra blankets and extra disposables
*Only Registered Guests are allowed to enter our Resthouse. Make sure to indicate the correct number of guests, otherwise we'll charge 500 for every extra guest coming over without prior consent.
*Clean as you Go Policy
*Do not leave your dirty dishes on the sink, or else we will charge a P1,000 cleaning fee.
*Kindly bring insect repellants as we are surrounded by plants
*Only 2 Rooms are currently Airconditioned. (As of Jan 31, 2022 just add P750/room/night if you will use AC on the fan room)
*Tricycle and Jeepneys are not allowed to enter our village
*We are in a PRIVATE VILLAGE. Noise is allowed up to 10pm only.
ALL of our staff are FULLY VACCINATED.
We discourage METICULOUS GUESTS. Please book with other hosts that can accomodate ALL your requests.
Rebooking is allowed ONCE for as long as the dates are available and 1 MONTH prior the original date otherwise we will not accept your request. We will also not accept any Cancellation if less than 1 MONTH prior from the Original Date.
