[BLOCK B (RETREAT) ] Taiping known as "Raintown" for its high percentage of rain fall in Malaysia. The place is surrounded by moutains and the sunset view is breath taking. One parking slot at Block A >>Scan card is required for vehicles entering the condominium area, please register as VISITOR at the guard house, if more than 1 car required park at visitor parking provided by management. The neighborhood is serene and relaxing and a few of friendly bug friends as it situated right beside the moutain. 1 km away from Taiping Lake Garden 1.8km away from Taiping zoo 2.7km away from Taiping war cemetery 3km away from Perak museum 3.1km away from Maxwell hill 3 km away from Burmese pool 4km away from Aun Tong coffee mill 18 km away from port weld/ Kuala Sepetang Remember to bring unbrella as the walk way from parking lot to unit does not have a roof. If raining, there will be abit of water splashing in the walk way toward the main door so please prepare more umbrellas as Taiping is also known as Raintown. There are swimming pool available for guest, but swimming wear must be wear before getting into the swimming pool. Only park on the space that property provided. If the space been park by others irresponsible residences, please complain to the security so they can lead you to other parking place to prevent being clamp Finally we hope our guest have a pleasant stay with us and make sure the property is as it is the way you come in.
