The entire project is built on a sea level about one meter from the bottom of the sea. The structure is made of local corrosive wood. The designer uses the idea of flying birds to the sea to open the main building symmetrically. Eight independent water houses, four Four opposites, symbolizing that the birds have opened their wings, and the structure of the main restaurant also has this meaning. The designer hopes to bring the guests who travel to return to the natural sense of relaxation.
When visitors take a boat to the resort, they will be greeted by a unique outdoor restaurant. The whole outdoor restaurant will be built to allow guests to enjoy the calm beauty of the sea in Semporna different from the rest of the sea, and have a free and comfortable atmosphere. The feeling of ethereality.
It is composed of the Sunrise Observation Deck; after the project is completed, it will include sea fishing, snorkeling, infinity swimming pool and other marine entertainment. This project aims to provide visitors with a one-stop relaxed and enjoyable holiday.

From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay.
