House rules: -Rm150 damage deposit will be collected upon check in and returned upon check out to protect against damage and missing items. pls take care of the property and surrounding area clean and tidy. any damage/missing items will be charged to the guest (refer our inventory and inspection list.) -strictly no smoking inside the house and rooms. violation of the rules or if found cigatette smell in the house will incur a penalty of rm250. U can smoke outside the house. - Holding a party private event/wedding ceremony without any prior notice will be penalty of RM250 Pls acknowledge the host if u want to host any events in the property. it will be allowed with minor charges. - no pets and durian in the house (violation of the above rules will incur penalty of rm200) - lost of keys n remote ctrl will be incur a penalty of RM150. - kindly utilise with care the house hold equipment and electronic devices. any damage and loss will be charged to the guest. - guest are required to switch off all electricity, lights, air cond when away from home. violation of the rules will incur a penalty of RM150. - cleanliness of homestay is to be observed all the time. Too messy or too dirty ll be charged foe extra cleaning fees. - any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and appropriate actions will be taken. - if want to extension pls kindly inform the host early. If check out late will be charged rm40per hour. (for extension based on availability) - maximum num of guest for the specific permises are stated in d booking list. Exceed num of guest need to inform the host. Extra pax will have charges rm35 per pax.
