10 mins to Station 18 Aeon Mall/Lotus/ Mcdonalds
15-20 mins to Ipoh Town Center
*2 mins to Night Market by the lake every Saturday 6pm to 10:30pm

To maintain a good hygiene for the house:
- Take off shoes upon entering the house
- only small PETS allowed subject to approval.
- NO SMOKING indoors
- NO pungent smell food, such as
durian etc.
- Advisable not to move any furniture or decorations around the unit to avoid lost or damage.
- No strong big noises after 11pm. (To respect friendly neighbourhood)
- Small party inside the house allowed.
- Strictly no “double sided tape” decoration on the wall. ( it may remove the wall paint during removal )
Wedding and party is allowed but subject to pre-approval as is in gated guarded neighbourhood.
A refundable deposit of RM500 will be collected prior check in and refund within 24 hours after check out.
Expect a basic guest registration during check in.
