Hi lovely guests, very happy for welcoming you to stay in my fully furnished studio unit :)
A comfortable and cosy sudio apartment located in Jalan Ampang area and just opposite the Thai Embassy and right next to China Embassy. Inside of building have mini market, pharmacy, cafe and salon shop. Hock Choon grocer, 7-11, Ampwalk Mall and Food Merchant Grocery are 5 mins walk away from my condo. Swimming pool and gym are free access for resident during the stay :)
You can walk 10mins (within 600 meter distance) to G-Tower, Ampang Park LRT/MRT Station, Intermark Mall, Ampwalk mall for variety of work and leisure purposes. You also can take a 5 minutes Grab ride/drive to KLCC (1km away from my apartment).
You will have the entire private place to yourself during the stay and it is not sharing with others :)
You will be using access card to take the building lift to my place. My place have:
- 1 Queen sized bed
- Basic kitchen appliances (eg. plates, cups, spoons, forks and so on)
- TV Streams like Netflix and Youtube
Guests are advised to travel here via Uber or Grab Car. Also can take the LRT / MRT to this property as the nearest station is Ampang Park LRT and Ampang Park MRT station which just 10-15 minutes walk. (600 meters)

Building name is Megan Ambaasy KL and is shared lobby with Hotel Holiday Place. We also enjoy hotel facilities like swimming pool and gym room. Guest need to register with security at lobby then can use the swimming pool and gym which located at 6th floor.
The building is located 5 mins walk away from bus stop (direct bus to KLCC) and about 12 mins walk (650m) from Ampang Park LRT and MRT Station Walk to KLCC is also possible in about 20mins as KLCC is about 1km away from the property.
Safe area:
- China Embassy is next door and Thai Embassy is just right in front of the building
- Hock Choon Supermarket, 7-11, Food Merchant @ Pavillion Embassy and Jaya Grocer is 5 mins walk from property
- Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, saloon, car rental, laundry and so on is in the building itself
This building is surrounded by various Embassies (China Embassy, Thai Embassy, Saudi Arabia Embassy, USA Embassy etc.) and is suitable for travelers that have to attend to embassy-related matters.
The building is 10mins mins walk away from nearest Ampang Park LRT/MRT station and 20 mins walk to KLCC Twin Towers. Other popular buildings that are within 10-15 mins walking distance include G Tower, The Intermark Mall, LINC KL and Pavillion Embassy.
In terms of convenience, there's a popular huge grocery supermarket nearby (Hock Choon supermarket), 7-11 convenience store, Ampwalk Mall and Domino's Pizza just 5 minutes WALK away from my place. There's also popular eateries and restaurants such as Victoria Station restaurant and Sedap restaurant which is located just downstairs. I will be more than happy to give guests a lift to sample good foods in KL area.

2) KLCC Is 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive away (1.2km away)
3) Grab Car as the preferred travel method for medium-long distance travel
4) Bus stop is just 5 minutes walk away, which have bus directly sending you to KLCC Twin Towers and other parts of the city centre
- NO SMOKING and VAPING inside unit.
- KEEP PLACE in CLEAN and TIDY condition
- Turn OFF electricity when not in use (this will really help us to continue providing beautiful apartment at affordable rent)
