2. 2 bedroom homestay which can fit up to 5-6 guests.
3. Master bedroom comes with attached bathroom, 1 queen bed, air-conditioner, wardrobe, water heater.
4. Bedroom 2 equips with 1 queen bed, 1 floor mattress, air-conditioner.
5. Common bathroom equips with water heater.
6. Living area equips with TV, air-conditioner, fan, 2 seater sofa, coffee table.
7. Kitchen equips with electric stove , fridge, dining set, dishes. (Guest are allowed to use the kitchen for light cooking only)
8. Common areas equips with iron, iron board.

IMPORTANT:
1) This is a self-checkin unit.
2) For security precautions, we require guests to present and allow us to take a record of travel document or identification card upon check-in to your room.

4) It is guest's responsibility to ensure you are contactable. Alternatively agoda messaging will be the best place to correspond in case you are not contactable on your mobile phone.

1. Strictly no smoking in the apartment. If guests found smoking in any area within the apartment, host will have rights to imposed RM100 additional cleaning fee.

2. Guests need to remove their footwear when entering the apartment.
入住客户进入公寓内时必需脱鞋｡
3. Please keep the apartment clean and tidy at all time.
请随时注意保持公寓内的干净及清洁｡
4. Please pack all debris and food waste and dispose it to the refuse chamber. Please clear all the rubbish before checking out.
请将所有残余食物用垃圾包装好,并丢弃到垃圾箱内｡并在退房前确定清除所有垃圾｡
5. Do not drain food waste to the kitchen sink as it may clog the drainage pipe.
请不要将残余食物丢弃在厨房的水槽,因为它可能会堵塞排水管｡
6. No parties are allowed in the apartment, please respect the neighbours and keep the noise level low at all time.
不允许在公寓内举办派对｡请尊重公寓住区的邻居,不可喧闹制造噪音造成干扰｡
7. Do not throw anything out from the window as it may hit someone at the ground level.
请不要把任何杂物从窗户扔出去,因为它可能会伤到地面上的行人｡
8. Kindly switch off the air conditioners, water heaters and lights when not in use.
在不使用空调,热水器及电灯,请记得把它关上｡
9. Kindly wash all utensils & cutlery, place all loose furniture, decor item, utensils at its original position before checking out, if these items are found scattered, the host will deduct additional tidy up fee from the security deposit.
请在退房前清洗所有使用过的餐具,并将所有家具,装饰品,餐具摆放在原位,若发现这些物品散落满地,我们将有权从您的保证金中扣除额外的整理费用｡
10. Inform host if there are any broken items or any equipment which are malfunctioned.
若在入住的期间发现有任何损坏的物品或任何设备发生故障,请立即通知屋主｡

Security Deposit
a. Security Deposit of Rm200 must be paid one day before date of check-in.
b. Tenant shall pay a sum of RM 200 as security deposit. Security deposit shall not be treated
as part of the booking fee or rental. Such deposit will be fully refunded within 3 working
days if no damages are found in the rented unit.
c. Security deposit is a deposit secured against damage to equipment and facilities and stains
which are unable to remove on
