The built-up is around 2000 square feet. Can accommodate up to 20pax maximum occupancy but limit to 12pax for overnight stay. Porch can easily fits 4-5 cars and the area around the house is free parking, as long as not blocking other neighbors' road area. Grab, InDrive, Maxim etc also are easily reachable at this area. LRT Wangsa Maju is 9 mins away by drive (4.6km) A copy of your IC or Passport is required once the booking is confirmed along with the house rules agreement to be sign. For any other purpose than normal stay such photoshoot, events, commercial shooting etc, there is a surcharge of RM800 per night applies. We also collect RM1000 security deposit upon check in (by bank transfer preferably) and refundable upon 7-10 working days after check out upon full house inspection. We want all of our guests to respect the neighborhood and shall keep noise to a minimum while in back or front yards. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a complaint by any neighbor, we will have to take further action by forfeiting the remainder of stay and immediately vacate the house without any refund. Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premise. If there is a disturbance with more than the occupants specified in the listing will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund.
