1. Guests are reminded to bring along proper sports attire for common facilities.

2. If you wish to swim, please bring along swimsuits.
3. If you wish to work out at gym, please bring along sport shoes.
4. For BBQ facility and multipurpose hall reservation, please contact host at least 3 business days in advance for reservations.
Reminder:
After enjoy the swimming pool, please remember to change to dry cloth before entering the elevators. Otherwise the management will impose a penalty of RM100 per person.
Note:
A security deposit of RM200 will be collected on the day of check in (via bank transfer or e-wallet) for any risk of damages. Refundable upon check out.
Late checkout will be charged for RM30/Hour starting from 12:00PM.
