Welcome to our Dream Summer Homestay located at The Majestic Condo, Ipoh.
Book with us, and we guarantee a place for you, or ask us anything, even you are not staying with us.
We will try our best to help.
Our house is located at 10th floor. WiFi, Smart TV are available in the house for you to enjoy during the night.
Our condo is located at the middle of Ipoh town and most of the famous eatery are just walking distance away.

Bright living room with one sofa bed, Smart TV for you to enjoy during the night.
WASHING / DRYING MACHINE
We have a washing machine inside the house, but there's a coin operated dobi shop located at our ground floor, they operate from 9am - 10pm.

- 10th Floor : Our Unit (B-10-3)
- 21st Floor : Roof Garden & Sky Bridge
We practice self check-in method, so that guest can self check-in anytime after 3 pm, and don't need to rush your trip to meet us.
In case there's any emergency, Jason or our helper can meet you during the stay. Please inform us earlier so that we can arrange the time to meet you.
- Please do park your vehicles at our designated parking space ONLY.
- Please keep your voice down after 11pm.
- Strictly No Party or Event, without permission.
- Strictly No Smoking are allowed in the premise.
- No extra staying guests are allowed without permission.
Violation of it, if found, will result a penalty charges of RM 50 per guest per night of (URL HIDDEN)
- Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability, violations of it will result penalty charges.
Late check-out charges;
RM 100 for the 1st hour.
Full day rental will be charged if guest late for 2 hour.
- Please refer to us about the swimwear attire, only tight and proper swimwear are allowed when using the swimming pool.
