It is a 4story house with over 130m2 located a 2minute walk from JR ShinKoiwa Station There is a spacious living room perfect for large parties and 3 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 17 people The ceiling lights in the bedrooms on the 3rd and 4th floors have builtin projectors so you can enjoy video content such as TV and Netflix on a screen of about 100 inches The beds are equipped with extrathick luxury pocket coil mattresses that are comfortable to sleep on Amenities such as toothbrushes combs and shavers are provided as well as large and small towels and nightwear so there is no need to bring large luggage Since the entrance door is electronically keyed with a PIN there is no need to hand over the key making checkin and checkout easy

Effective from Oct 2002, an accommodation tax will be charged in Tokyo. Guests are required to pay JPY100 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY10,000–JPY14,999, or JPY200 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY15,000 or greater. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and must be paid at the hotel.
