To guests staying during the Obon period:
The following cancellation fees will be incurred for accommodation cancellations or changes for Aug. 13-16. Please be aware that this varies from the norm.
- No show: 100%
- On the day: 80%
- Day before: 50%
- 2 days before: 30%
- 7-3 days before: 10%

2. If the contracted number of days is shortened, a penalty fee of 1 day (first day) will be charged regardless of the number of shortened days.

*Notice for Child Guest Reservations
Executive rooms have 2 queen size beds. For Child guest reservations (for groups of 3 or 4 that include Adult guests), please have 2 guests to 1 bed. Also, please limit bed sharing guests to 1 per bed.
