Nagaya is a Japanese traditional collective of housing where several independent residences are gathered in one building. This nagaya was built around 100 years ago and has witnessed the changes of the various eras.

Our house "CONTEXTED - 玄 GEN" is a hideaway which remains its historical vestige and has been updated to our existing life today. It has the main spaces with simplicity and wabi-sabi, and the compact tearoom - another universe apart from ordinary life.

I love this area, its Osaka’s local place where you can visit many different bars and restaurants. There is no tourist in this area and quiet. if you looking for something unique and explore local street. you can use bicycle to access most of main touristic places.

You can access most of the touristic places by bicycle.

★This house is traditional Japanese house which is tiny for foreigner. even we maximize the space, please understand the we live in such a way as Japanese.
●Check in & check out time is strict. Please make sure to leave the House by 11:00 am, as our cleaning staff will come to clean up the room.
●No Smoking inside the HOUSE
●Please Take off your shoes when you get in the house
●No pets
●Separate the garbage
●Please keep noise down after 9pm
●Respect check in time.

3. Key number and check-in instructions
4. Appliance and amenities instructions
