Facing Yasaka Shrine, walk left towards Chion-in Shinmon for 2-3 minutes, and turn onto Shimbashi-dori on the opposite side of Chion-in Shinmon. After walking about 50m, there is a Times parking lot on the right, and beyond that is the entrance to the Higashi Shimbashi Building on the right. There is an elevator inside. "Please get off on the 3rd floor."
