The farm house has tremendous view. It's a duplex traditional type of Kerala house. There are no houses or market nearby, and its away from all the city hurdles and best spot for hiking, cycling, camping etc. The area covers a good space including a lush green ground in-front of the house and the it faces the green farm where drip irrigation and rice cultivation is being carried out. It is located quite inside on the Manathavady-Mysore Highway about 20KMs from the Karnataka border while entering to Kerala.

The house can accommodate a good number of Bachelors/Couples and also is a perfect spot for events or small gatherings
