Kashi Family Homestay - Varanasi Description
This 2 BHK rental unit in our 2 story home is available only for an Indian family. It can accommodate maximum 5 persons. It is centrally located near Sri Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Durga Temple and Assi Ghat. The world famous Sri Kashi Vishwanath temple is 2.5 kilo-meters from our home and can be reached by road or via boats from Assi ghat within 15 minutes. The Banaras Hindu university (BHU) is 1 km away and New Kashi Vishwnath Temple in BHU campus is 2.5 Kms away. Mini market is nearby too.
The space
This is an independent unit within our home on ground floor. It has 2 bedrooms; one with a split air conditioner, 2 Almira for hanging coats and keeping other clothes, 1 study table for WFH & a king size bed for 3 persons. The door and window opens in the dining area.
The other room has a split air conditioner, a sofa cum bed for 3 persons for sleeping, an Almira for cloth storage, a smart TV with Jio and Netflix subscription, a study table for working from home and a centre table. The sofa can be converted to bed for sleeping for 3 persons. It can be used as office/drawing room/living room in day hours and as bed room in the night hours. It also has a split air-conditioner. It's door opens in the dining area.
The dining area has a four seater dining table, a 190 lit refrigerator and RO water purifier. The kitchen's door opens here.
We provide freshly laundered bedsheets, covering sheet and Pilow covers. We have arrangements for a thorough cleaning of the entire house including bathroom between two guests' bookings. If any guest needs daily cleaning of the house or any other services, that can be arranged on priority intimation at extra cost.

Other things to note
We can accommodate total 5 persons of a family. The children who can crawl or walk will be considered as full paying guest. We do not consider helpers and drivers part of the family. The facilities and services that are provided and maintained by other parties, for example, free high speed Wi-Fi, free Netflix/ Amazon Prime, or daily cleaning by maid, if get interrupted or not available, we will try our best to resolve them as soon as possible but are not guaranteeing for the same due to the reasons beyond our control. We do not offer compensation for their failure caused by the reasons that are beyond our control. Same applies to other facilities.
For early check-in or late check out, write to us. We will try our best to honor the request depending on the availability on payment basis.
A refundable security deposit of Rs. 1000/- will be taken at the time of checking in which will be refunded at the time of checking out after deducting the charges of damages done, if any. Three percent of the actual rent (not the tax and agoda commission) will be charged to be paid to agoda at the time of checking in.
