Unique and Modern 2Bhk ,2 bathrooms with 2 balconies and terrace access available for guests which is good to stay for a group of up to 8 guests if booking is made.
Our property is located in Secure Gated society in Tapovan, Near 60's Green Hills Hotel, Tapovan Rishikesh.
Flat is approx. 250 meter away from Main Badrinath road , but it is motorable road and vehicle cars etc can reach till property.
Location: It is located adjacent to Deecon Valley complex. Landmark: Green Hill hotel Tapovan This is gated society having securing guard 24*7 so building is safe and secure even for solo travelers or ladies.

Sleeping and furniture arrangement
Split AC in all bedrooms and Living area. Total 3 ACs.
Each bedroom - has Queen size bed ,Aircon and Free WIFI broadband access ,Almirah for cloth storage.
One bedrooms with Attached bathroom having geyser for hot water.
Second bathroom -attached in Living area-common for other guests to use .
Living halls with Attached balcony has total 1 ACs ,TV and sofa cum bed equivalent to double bed.
One additional Sofa cum bed or mattress is also available.

Parking is common to all guests, If common parking is Full then Free street parking or Paid Parking available next to our building

Also guest is required to share contact number right after booking to arrange smooth check in.

PLEASE NOTE

Electricity is supplied by electricity department In the area . In case of main electricity supply cut from electricity department, we have no control over them . To avoid black out in the flat , our flat has home invertor for partial power back up for lights fans and WiFi for few hours 4-5 hours depending upon usage .
Air conditioning, lift ,Geyser like high voltage consumption electrical device won’t work on Generators or Invertor power backup .Guest is required to use stairs in such situations instead of lift.

Guest is requested to mention exact number of adult/child/infants while doing (URL HIDDEN)
Please inform the Host in advance before arrival on property if there is any additional guests to stay which is not part of original (URL HIDDEN)
We can allow only those numbers of guests which is part of (URL HIDDEN)
Unauthorized/Unregistered guests arrival which are not part of booking could charge 1000 Rs per Guest extra per day over and above the booking made.
