The Castle is a newly constructed two bedroom villa with all modern amenities. Designed in a contemporary style with elements of Tamil architecture incorporated, it is a perfect place to relax close to nature. It can easily accommodate 6 guests. It is nestled in a coconut groove and located in a residential neighborhood. Nearest beach is Serenity Beach at a distance of 1.4km.
It is a ground floor home situated on a plot size of 4500 sq ft. with a large hall, open kitchen, Master bedroom and Guest bedroom. Built up area including the terrace lounge is 1900 sq ft. There's open garden with 4 fully grown coconut trees among others. There is a covered private terrace for relaxing in the mornings and evenings.
Entire property including the home, garden area, terrace lounge, covered car parking will be available for guests to use. Key will be provided to guests during check in.
I'll meet you to provide keys during check in and again during check out to collect them. I'm available on phone for queries.
The Location is a residential community at a distance 700 metres from the ECR road. The community is laid back and relaxing with small shops and a cafe (Cafe G) at walking distance. You'll find supermarket and hotels at ECR road which is a 10-12 minute walk from the property. Serenity beach is 1.4kms ( 5 min ride ), Auroville is 4 kms ( 10 min ride ), Pondicherry Town is a 10 minute ride. Swiggy and Zomato deliver here.
Having your own/rental vehicle is advisable and onsite parking ( for 2 cars ) is available. With prior notice chauffeur driven car for local transportation or airport pick up etc can be arranged. We can also provide contact of Two wheelers rental places. Guests can reach out to vendors directly.
Cleaning person will be available in the morning. They take 1 hour to clean the property. Guests can request cleaning if they need. Else, we clean the place after check out.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
