-Perfectly built for a gaggle of people - large groups, 2-3 families, and plenty of friends, this villa has enough and more to keep everyone occupied in their own nooks and corners around the property. The Villa is contour-styled with beautiful oil paintings studded across walls.

The home is set across 3 levels:
-Ground Floor (Lobby): A large lobby welcomes you into the home, where there's a separate caretaker's unit, a home gym, and a gaming zone with many activities. There's a separate entrance at the back that makes it easy for the elderly to access.
-First Floor (Level 1): Upon entering here, you're welcomed into the large living room. There's also a dining room, well-equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. 2 of the latter have ensuite bathrooms and 1 has a powder room. There's a deck attached to two of the rooms overlooking the lush green garden outside.
-Second Floor (Level 2): Once you climb to the next level, you will find a big living area + 3 bedrooms, 2 of the latter have ensuite bathrooms and 1 has a powder room.
-There are 6 bedrooms in this villa, 4 rooms with ensuite bathrooms and 2 rooms each with a separate powder room.
-To book 3 or more than 3 rooms connect with Host
Guests booking inventory of 3 rooms will have access to only Level 1. Level 2 is only accessible if 4 rooms or more are booked.

ABOUT THE HOME:
-Wake up to the picturesque views of Sahyadri mountain ranges, visible from the deck skirting around this floor. With a bunk bed and star-studded ceiling, the kid’s room on this floor is perfect for the little ones to have a gala time.
-Once inside the home, you'll be suffused with entertainment choices. There is a patio table with a kiosk in the garden where you can spend lazy afternoons and pleasant evenings chatting, while kids play all over the lawn.
-Choose an interesting read from the library or hum the day away listening to some classics in the living room.
-Rejuvenate in the Spa Jacuzzi, work out in the gym, or explore this beautiful property- there won’t be one dull moment in this villa!
-The villa is perfect for a group of 2-3 families or corporate offstays.
-The staff at this home comprises 3 people including the cook, caretaker and housekeeping.
-In case of power failure, there is a genset on the property. Diesel for genset will be complimentary for 4 hours and will be charged at INR 1000/- per hour after the complimentary period.
-ACs and Geyser do not work on genset.

Guest can access entire property except Kitchen. We have an inhouse chef to whip some delicious meal for you and your family.

Caretaker at the property will be present in case you have any issues

The calm, flowing Venna Lake just 2 kms is a great place to visit with the family. There’s boating and other activities to indulge in.
Lingmala Waterfall 2.5 kms away is another attraction which swells up and looks majestic during the monsoons.
Other places to visit nearby are Wilson’s Point (4.5km approx) and Kates point (3.5km) approx. There are plenty of places to trek around as well. Upto 4 cars can be parked on site. All rooms on the second floor offer beautiful mountain views.

VEG MEAL PLAN
Individual meals can be availed as per the following:
Breakup for per meal per person
For adults:
· Breakfast: Rs 400/-
· Lunch: Rs 500/-
· Dinner: Rs 600/-

For children
· Breakfast: Rs 300/-
· Lunch: Rs 400/-
· Dinner: Rs 500/-

NON-VEG MEAL PLAN
Individual meals can be availed as per the following:
Breakup for per meal per person
For adults:
· Breakfast: Rs 400/-
· Lunch: Rs 600/-
· Dinner: Rs 700/-

For children:
· Breakfast: Rs 300/-
· Lunch: Rs 500/-
· Dinner: Rs 600/-

Taxes will be charged extra per meal/package.
Complimentary evening tea and snacks will be served to the guests who choose the entire package and on prepaid bookings only.
All the mentioned meals can be provided on prior one day’s intimation and would be chargeable.
Meal payments have to be done prior to check-in. If guests want to place more meal orders after check-in, same can be accepted subject to availability and the payment can be done on-site.

• Fish and Mutton preparations can be served from the following list on one day’s prior intimation. Charges will be at actuals plus Rs 200/- per meal per person for the making.

5. Mutton kheema

• Barbecue can be set up in the evening in the demarcated area on a chargeable basis on one day’s prior intimation. Veg barbecue for Rs 500/- per meal per person and non-veg barbecue (chicken) for Rs 700/- per meal per person.

• Fish and mutton barbecue can be set up for the cost of Fish and mutton as actual plus Rs 500/- per meal per person would be the making charges.

• Bonfire in the evening can be set up in the demarcated area at the cost of 700 per night.

Diesel charges:
Diesel for genset will be complimentary for 4 hours and will be charged at INR 1000/- per hour after the complimentary period.

-Herbal Hookah is allowed in demarcated areas on prior intimation.
