As you enter the 1-storey home, you will find 1 living room and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, while 3 bedrooms rest on the first floor with balconies. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. -The beauty of the home is enhanced by the pool in the back. The large swimming pool can be your perfect hangout with the group, as you splash about and indulge in some fun pool games. -Your large group of friends or joint family can find comfort in many corners of this charming home. If you’re looking for some “me time”, just grab your favorite book and occupy the family on the top floor while the rest of the gang unwind at the mini terrace. Guests can access all indoor and outdoor spaces except the kitchen. We have a good cook at the villa to take care of all your meal requirements so sit back and enjoy! Guests can access the kitchen for cooking baby meals for infants. Our caretaker will be available to welcome the guests and ensure they have a comfortable stay. Kolad is rife with adventure! So if you’re looking for a villa near Kolad river rafting, simply walk down to the Kundalika river, or you can engage in an array of activities including river rafting (20 km), kayaking, bungee jumping (6 km) and more. -A trip to Kolad is incomplete without trying out a myriad of adventure and water sports. From white water rafting, canoeing, kayaking, cycling and banana boat rides in the river to camping, bungee jumping and canyoning in the hills, there’s plenty of adventure waiting for you. There are 2 cycles on the property, one for kids and one for adults. -The Kundalika River is only a 2 minute walk away. Guests can enjoy river rafting and several other water sports which are 35minutes away from the villa. For adventure lovers, this is absolutely unmissable! There is a small hill just a few meters from the villa, guests can enjoy a family trek up the hill. -A little further, you can set your trails for the Kundalika Valley. Witness vegetation-covered cliffs with waterfalls along the way where you can soak in the cool waters and wash your stress away. -Head out for a picnic with the family to Dolwahal Dam, a 16-minute drive from the villa, and enjoy some light snacks by the water. We offer healthy home-cooked meals prepared, please refer to the menu for all details. Tea/Coffee will be served during breakfast and high tea time. If you would like tea/coffee at any other time of the day, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
