The Place offers 2 bedroom beautiful home with an impeccable Living area with modern fitting bathrooms and a very well equipped Kitchen. Entire apartment will be with Guests through their stay. This place is located 3 kms from Coco Beach and 5 kms from Candolim beach.

All our guests can access the entire apartment and all other common areas like pool and parking etc.

The neighborhood is very calm and beautiful. The Apartment is in beautiful and well maintained society. We are approx 3 KMs from Coco Beach and 5 KMs from Candolim beach. The famous restaurants like LPK waterfront club and fisherman cove are very nearby.

The best way to move is to hire a 2 or 4 wheeler from nearby rental shops or drive your own vehicle. We can recommend a few vehicle rental companies as per your requirement.

1.) You are encouraged to contact us from "Contact Host " tab before booking the place for better understanding of the property.

2.) Smoking and Drinking is not allowed at the pool side area or any other common open areas. In such cases, the society management will charge 5000 rupees as penalty, the smoking is only possible in the patio.

3.) All Da Alohas properties are duly cleaned and sanitized before arrival of every guest.

4.) Parking is available to guests however the parking is subject to availability.

5.) Housekeeping / Cleaning services are provided every alternate day for long stays however you can always make a request and we will be happy to send our professional cleaning team for 350 INR.

6.) There will be a small refundable security deposit of 3500 INR at the time of check-in. The deposit will be refunded at the time of checking out except only in case of any permanent damage done by guests.

7.) The property has inverter which provides upto 2 hours of power back for fans and lights.

8.) Da Aloha's representative will be available to greet the guests in person and give a house tour.

9.) As this is beautiful 3rd floor apartment providing good views, we have lift facility available making it easy for guests to carry their luggage. However, it is possible that lifts are under routing maintenance during your scheduled check-in / check-out maintenance and in such a case you will have to use stairs to be used.

10.) There are few stairs before our guests can reach lift lobby from main gate. There are stairs to access pool area.

11.) Please inform us and take prior approval of late check outs, if any. We will be happy to accommodate in case a late check out is possible. Uninformed and non sanctioned late checkouts will attract the penalty of half day rent of that day.

Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
