Casa Merlot is an aesthetically crafted home in a gated complex in Siolim, North Goa. It is a spacious 3 BHK villa that comes with all the amenities needed for a comfortable & secure stay. Like the flavour of a sip of Merlot, our villa has all the flavours in it for the perfect laid back vacation in Goa. From taking a dip in the huge swimming pool in the complex, to sitting by the balcony with a view of the lush green farms, a sojourn in Casa Merlot will create some ever lasting memories. Casa Merlot is a 3 BHK villa in a secured complex in the Siolim, North Goa. The space is fully equipped with the finest of furnishings, appliances and amenities for a comfortable and safe stay. There are three bedrooms fit with queen size beds and an attached washroom in each. The living space on the ground floor is a well spaced one, opening up to a view of the farms on one side and a view of the pool & garden on the other. Considering it is located in a corner, our guests are entitled to good privacy while on a vacation. We also have a compact kitchen perfect for those who wish to bring out their culinary skills in their vacation. The villa has a high speed WiFi connection. For those who wish to work remotely, well, you are in a good space. The cellular network is also pretty strong in the locality with Jio and Airtel providing good network coverage. The complex has a large swimming pool whose access is shared between tenants & guests of all the villas in the complex. We are a pet friendly property and would love to have the paws moving around our place. Casa Merlot is situated in proximity to a mix of idyllic places as well as some of the happening & buzzing places in North Goa. St Anthony's Church, a landmark place in North Goa, is about 600 m away. Uddo beach is 3 km away. Thalassa Greek Taverna is 2 km away from our space. Among the buzzing places of North Goa, below are the places around in proximity - Chapora Fort (5 km) - Vagator Beach (6 km) - Anjuna Beach (7 km) Those who wish to bring their own vehicles can park comfortably in the common parking space of the complex. Taxis & self drive vehicles are also available at ease in the locality. For guests who need access to convenience stores, medical shops as well as wine shops, there are stores a plenty in a radius of 2 km accessible by vehicles. I do not live in the property. The caretakers are professionals who ensure to attend to the guests' needs. For anything that requires my attention, I am just a phone call or message away and will ensure to attend to the same on priority. We have a couple who are employed as caretakers. They do not stay in the premises and stay 2 km away from the property. They work on fixed timings and hence, guests are required to note that their services are available only for set timings as mentioned below. ***TIMINGS FOR MEALS & HOUSEKEEPING*** Breakfast - 8 AM to 9.30 AM Lunch - 12 PM to 1.30 PM Dinner - 6.30 PM to 8 PM Housekeeping - 11 AM to 1 PM or 3 PM to 5 PM (Only one among the two windows) We provide a complimentary breakfast hamper with basic essentials for a breakfast along with provisions for hot beverages. For a larger breakfast spread, the raw materials shall be procured by the guests while our caretakers shall be happy to prepare them on a chargeable basis, which is INR 300 per meal per group. For lunch and dinner, the raw materials shall be procured by the guests while our caretakers shall be happy to prepare them on a chargeable basis, which is INR 400 per meal per group. Kindly note that they need to be informed of the choices well in advance for them to procure items and manage their schedule accordingly. It is also to be noted that the items shall be arranged by the caretakers only on payment for the same in advance.
