Located near to Varca Beach ,with picturesque view of lush green fields, it is modern and yet very Simple 3BHK Villa walking distance to Varca Beach, A short drive to Benaulim, Colva, Cavellosim and other beaches, Grocery store, ATMS, Pharmacys, . My place is good for Couples, families, friends and Business Traveler.( For Big Groups you can take additional 3 BHK villa or Apartment of 1BHk or 2 BHK which is in same complex, you can check with us about the same)

Only 5 minutes from the coast, less than an hour from the capital Panjim, and 40 minutes from Ponda with its surrounding temples and spice plantations, and 15 minute from margao, the bustling commercial centre of the South, This place could not be better placed for exploring the whole of Southern and Central Goa – not just the coastal areas but also the extraordinarily beautiful hinterland.

The Villa is very spacious, simple and cosy. Its just 10 mins from colva beach. The locality is very safe.
Smoking allowed in balcony, kitchen fully available and furnished, drinking water available.
Checkin is flexible.. anytime after 1 PM..-
Checkout time is 10AM.( this would help us to clean the apartment thoroughly to accommodate next guest) if no guest booking is made next day then we are flexible to allow the guest until 2pm.
With 3 bedrooms, one large hall, 2 balconies, 1 open terrace, 3 full attached bathrooms, 1 extra toilet attached to living room, high speed internet,and ample indoor and outdoor Balcony space, Calvin's Retreat makes a wonderful venue for private, catered, Family Retreats. It is also ideal for small company Visitor/Guests, extended meetings, team building events, retreat’s and reunions. It is the one time you can forget being elegantly Idle!
If you want to visit North Goa then it is just 1 hour approx drive from my place.
Calvin's Retreat Villa is ideal for entire family Retreat – Also Good for reunions and friends just having quality time together, peace, comfort, fine food and very attentive staff are at your disposal.
Villa comes with a care taker for any questions and request and cleans Villa on Alternate days. But Please make sure Villa is not messed up as we take pains to keep it clean neat and tidy and offer every guest booking a Price value and unforgettable memories.
Pickup and Drop off from/ to Airport or railway station is done at additional charge via a local cab service.
Calvin's Retreat Villa is very easy reach to Most south/North Goan Beaches Wildlife Sanctuary/ famous churches / picnic spot/malls/ is not too far either. The Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary on Chorao Island is also within an hour’s drive, but you do need to time your journey to tie in with the ferry across.
Guests can access the full apartment including washing machine , kitchen. Balcony for smoking if needed (provided the house hall doesn't smell.)
My guests get in touch with me directly over the phone once they do the bookings. I'm available to cater to their needs at all times. They are my top most priority.
Varca is in South Goa. The beach has distinct red sand in some places, and is dotted by swaying palm and casuarinas trees. There are water sports, and you will also see wooden fishing boats, but Varca is still quiet and peaceful. It is clean as well. Many beach resorts, hotels are located here, including some big names like Ramada, Club Mahindra, and Sterling. Varca is a good place to stay and visit some other major beaches of South Goa, which are close.
Dabolim Airport, the only one international airport of Goa, is located in about 30km from Varca Beach.
Varca Beach combines all advantages of South Goa beaches. It is exotic and beautiful, quiet and cozy, civilized and traditional. Away from the hustle and bustle of noisy places, Varca Beach meets its visitors and guests with warm tender sea waters, shiny and bright soft sand and nice service. If you like quiet and non-overcrowded places then this place is exactly what you need.
The transport interchange between Varca and other inhabited localities (towns, cities, villages) is established on a high level.
I will help you in getting Car/ Scooter Rentals at the property, you don't have to go anywhere the vehicle will be delivered at the villa.
Also Taxi can be arranged on request for your local sightseeing(driver has the good knowledge of local attractions)
My place is a perfect beach holiday destination amidst authentic Goan restaurants. One can also enjoy the delicious goan , continental and Chinese food right on the beach as well. These restaurants deliver the food to the property as well.
There are two supermarkets within the vicinity to make your stay even more relaxing and comforting.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, water filter, cooking gas, utensils, etc
Hot water reaches your bathroom via solar-panel heated tanks,depending on the distance the water has to travel, you may have to wait up to a minute or so for the hot water to reach you . Many people enjoy a refreshing cool shower anyway when they are hot and bothered!.
Non-compliance with the same may be penalised as deemed appropriate by the hosts.
1. Identification of Guests:
a. Please send us any one government identification for each of the guests intending to check in to our property, prior to checking in. This may include Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License etc.
b. You may additionally be requested to deposit one original ID with us at the time of check in, for which we will be responsible.
c. Non-Indian guests would need to provide a photo of their visa.
2. Check-in-Check-Out Times:
a. Check-In Time is 1PM.
b. Check-Out Time is 10AM.
c. Subject to availability and upon intimation to us, an early Check-In or a late Check-Out may be permitted at the rate of Rs. 500/- for each additional hour.
d. In the event of a last minute booking that alters availability during times you wish to have the property but have not officially booked, the early check-in and or late check-out will not be available.
3. Whilst at our Property:
a. Do cooperate with the security and the staff at our property and understand that they are doing their jobs in order to keep you and the premises safe and striving towards making you more comfortable.
b. Speed limit inside the premises in 10 Km Per Hour.
c. Any damages to the property, amenities, appliances etc will be recovered from the guests.
d. Lights, fans and air-conditioners ought to be switched off while leaving the premises. Failing which, and if discovered to be left wastefully on in absence of any registered occupant of the premises the main power supply will be switched off.
e. Smoking is only permitted in balconies and open spaces, and under no circumstances, is it permitted indoors.
f. The use of narcotics/illegal substances and indulgence in immoral activities will not be tolerated at our property.
g. No disrupting the peace by drinking or roughhousing after 10PM as other residents of the property should not be disturbed during the nights.
h. Our staff are extremely reliable and trustworthy, but please ensure that you are taking care of your belongings as we will not be held responsible for the loss of any valuables.
i. Our caretakers will there to assist you with whatever you need, do get in touch with them and they will sort out whatever you need.
We will share their contact details with you prior to check-in.
j. Hosts and caretakers will not be responsible for any accidents or any unforeseen events that affect the guests during the course of their stay.
h. Swimming Pool Rules must be followed, failing to do so staff will not let the guests use the pool.
4. Additional Guests:
a. Admittance to a property will only be given to the registered guests and no additional persons will be permitted.
b. Each time an additional guest enters the property, an additional fee of Rs. 750/- will be levied for each day.
c. Additional guests, even if willing to pay will only be permitted upon clearing it directly with us, the hosts.
d. ID proof of any additional person entering our property is mandatory.
5. Cleaning:
a. Kindly note that cleaning charges from this platform are paid towards setting up, cleaning up and sanitising the premises in anticipation of your arrival rather than during your stay.
b. Our staff will provide a clean-up (sweeping, swabbing, bathrooms, linens and not dishes) on alternate days, unless you request it more infrequently.
c. Linens and towels are changed once every three days if requested by guests
d. Do wash all dishes/crockery/cutlery that that is utilised by you as this is not a task undertaken by our staff.
Dishes must be returned to their respective places. Violation of this rule will be chargeable at ₹1000/-.
e. Please utilise the provided segregated garbage bins for your waste rather than leaving it lying around or putting it in the wrong bins.
f. Additional clean ups can be requested as per staff availability and will be chargeable at Rs. 400/- per day.
g. We want to make you as content as possible during your stay with us, but please do be respectful of our space. While we'd love for you to treat the premises and outdoor areas as your own and enjoy them thoroughly, please be respectful of our space and keep it reasonably clean.
6. Pets:
a. We are pet lovers, but pets are only allowed at the property subject to prior approval of the hosts.
b. Pets are chargeable, the rate of which will be discussed upon intimation to us that you wish to bring a pet along. Usually fees are ₹300/- per day for a dog and ₹100/- per day for cats.
c. You will be responsible for cleaning up after your pet and its bathroom habits. Our staff will absolutely not be picking up and accidents.
d. Please ensure that your pet is walked and does not do its business in public places on the premises where it causes a hindrance to others.
