☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.
☆ This villa is 10 mins walk to Calangute beach and has 17 AC bedrooms & 17 en-suite bathrooms. Lift on premises . Free WiFi with 50-100 mbps speed. 2 AC’s in the living room
☆ Please note this is a 17BHK villa where by we are keeping 3 bedroom locked during your entire stay making it a 14BHK villa for 28 adults. No one will enter this premises besides your group and we shall not be giving those rooms locked to any other group.
☆ Villa has 12 king-size beds & 4 single beds. ON REQUEST: single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.

☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.
☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
KITCHEN: There is an indoor commercial kitchen which is exclusively used by our in-house 'Private Chef' - who is well versed in Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking and cannot be used by the general public/guests as it has commercial burners. You can book the chef for an additional cost. We understand guests may wish to cook their own food at the premises so for this reason we have kept an outdoor kitchen with 4 burners with basic utensils for guest to use for no extra cost. In addition, tea/coffee along with a kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave are kept in the living room area along with cutlery, crockery and Beer/ wine/ whiskey/ water glasses.
Book A Chef Experience and Customise Your Meals.
The Chef will take all cooking orders (Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking) and will ensure all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable. Breakfast is from 8am to 10am, Lunch is from 12pm to 2pm and Dinner is from 8pm to 10pm. The chef will only do the cooking and may be accompanied by a helper based on the size of your group. After 10pm overtime charges to be paid to the chef directly.
PARTY ROOM: in the basement is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, bluetooth tower speakers, a dance floor area, stage, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8pm to 4am. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.
A INR 10,000 cash security deposit is collected from guests on arrival and returned during check out, subject to any damages.
Guest must do payment within 2 hours to confirm the booking and reply with correct a phone number for any reservation made. Failing to do so will result in the reservation not being accepted, this is to avoid spamming.
