Accommodation at the property consists of 1 apartment. This unit is on the 1st floor up 1 flight of stairs, providing a stunning view of the Winkelspruit beach and lighthouse. The door opens into a bright galley kitchen with bathroom opposite. The open plan unit consists of a lounge/seating area and sleeping area. There is a lovely veranda area to watch the sunrise or end off the day with a relaxing cup of tea. River birds provide constant entertainment for the bird watchers as kingfishers dart into the water for their dinner.
The flat has a private entrance and contains all necessary appliances for short and long term stays! Complimentary tea, instant coffee, and milk are provided.
Additionally, guests have access to the swimming pool on the property. There is a beautiful grassy braai area below the unit that guests are welcome to utilize. A parking space is reserved for 1 car only. Please liaise with reception/host should you need an additional parking spot.
Ocean's 25 has direct beach access with a key to the beach. There is a 24 hour security guard and reception during office hours. Should you need more than one unit, please liaise with myself as there are other holiday letting apartments in the complex.
